Dinko Begušić is a professor in electrical engineering and computing in the area of information and commnication technologies with the University of Split, Faculty of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and naval architecture.

He is currently the Head of the Department of Electronics and Computing and the chair of Communications technologies and signal processing.

He is a member of the Croatian Academy of Engineering and the deputy secretary of the Department of information systems.
